Work History

In 1999, I worked as a Counsellor in Primary Care at Goodmayes Hospital, Ilford, Essex working from GP surgeries and also ran Coping with Depression and Anxiety Management Groups.

From 2001-2006, Counselling Lecturer: Havering College of Higher and Further Education for BA in Person Centred Counselling.

From 1998, Private Practice for Counselling, Psychotherapy and Counselling Supervision which I currently offer in to locations; Hockley, Essex SS5 and London E18.

BUPA Recognised Mental Health Therapist.  Aviva and AXA PPP registered therapist.

Specialising in: Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders and Bereavement therapy.

Counselling: Suicide, depression, disability, life planning, stress management, loss and bereavement, eating disorders, anxiety, sexual, physical and emotional abuse, addictions, domestic violence, terminal illness, relationship, family and retirement.

Clients: children, young people, students, adults, elderly people , couples and families.

Supervision: provision of individual and group integrative/Person Centred supervision for trainees, students, just qualified and experienced counsellors. Guidance with BACP Accreditation. BACP Mentoring role for re-accreditation.

Career counselling or clinical supervision for health, psychology, counselling and educational professionals.

Provision of supervision for practitioner’s supervision practice.
